Queen Roberta Approximately--Dylantante and Pro Bono Publicist Extraordinaire! What a wonderful conversation--thank you, Roberta and Erin! So many cool, funny, and enlightening anecdotes, from minor league hot dogs to Hannah Arendt, from social activism to left-handed hockey mitts in Schaumburg, Illinois. [You now have me thinking of "Champaign, Illinois," the song by the Old 97s written to the melody of "Desolation Row." But Schaumburg would scan just as well.] And I really appreciate your very kind words (and free commercial!) for my work in the TOOM book. Can't wait for our next chance to continue these conversations in person!

Thanks Graley. As you know Erin is a great interviewer. I do want her to do a show on the Irish lit/Dylanology Venn diagram.

What a fantastic conversation! I especially appreciated Roberta's insights into why Shadow Kingdom was such a delight. I loved it from the start, but hadn't thought about it as Bob's way of "getting us out" and traveling. Thanks for making a cherished experience even better!

Thank you, John! Roberta is certainly a force. I can’t wait to see her paper on Dylan in the pandemic and, hopefully, many more projects.

I listened to this podcast on the walk to my son’s school. What an interesting conversation! I couldn’t agree more on how lucky we are to be alive in the time of Bob creating his multitudes of art.

Thank you!

This was a very great conversation, thank you Roberta and Erin. I often listen to Dylan podcasts on long walks and make notes here and there as I go. I took more notes on this conversation than any other podcast and it was so much fun the hour passed quickly.
